4 Instructions
Season the salmon (leave to soak for 1-2 hours)
Make a small fire in the fire bowl
Let the fire burn through until a nice glow is created
Clamp the fish/fillet onto the flamed salmon board
Attach the flaming salmon board on the fire bowl
50-70 degree angle = cooking
80-90 degrees angle = heat function
Cook for 20-30 minutes
The salmon is ready to serve when the core temperature
(approx. 60 degrees Celsius) has been reached / albumin
has appeared

foil. Place the fish or fillet in
the middle of the board with
the skin side down. Then fix
it to the board with the flame
salmon
bracket,
screws M5x50 and two wing
