4 Instructions
Season the salmon (leave to soak for 1-2 hours)
Make a small fire in the fire bowl
Let the fire burn through until a nice glow is created
Clamp the fish/fillet onto the flamed salmon board
Attach the flaming salmon board on the fire bowl
50-70 degree angle = cooking
80-90 degrees angle = heat function
Cook for 20-30 minutes
The salmon is ready to serve when the core temperature
(approx. 60 degrees Celsius) has been reached / albumin
has appeared
