E-mail
Set up personal e-mail:
1. From the Home screen,
press the Menu key.
2. Scroll to and select Settings.
3. Scroll to and select Manage
Internet Email.
4. Read the Service Agreement
and select I Accept.
5. Perform one of the following:
To access personal e-mail from
n
accounts such as Yahoo!
Hotmail
, and AOL
®
desired provider or select Other.
Enter your e-mail address and
password and select Next. Select
Next again to synchronize contacts
and finish setting up your account.
You can add up to 10 accounts.
If you want to create a new BlackBerry
n
e-mail account, scroll down and select
Create New Address. Enter your
username, which will appear before
@tmo.blackberry.net. Select Next.
NOTE: To add additional e-mail accounts,
select Add and follow from step 5.

If your company is using a BlackBerry
Enterprise Server, then you can set up your
device to receive work e-mail from
Microsoft
Outlook
, or IBM

Perform the following if you have the
Enterprise Activation password from your
system administrator:
1. From the Home screen,
press the Menu key.
2. Scroll to and select Settings.
3. Scroll to and select Options.
4. Scroll to and select
Advanced Options.
5. Scroll to and select
Enterprise Activation.
6. Enter your e-mail address
and password.
7. Press the Menu key.
8. Select Activate.
If you do not have the Enterprise
Activation password from your system
administrator, then you must install
the BlackBerry
Desktop Software on
®
your computer and then synchronize
work e-mail with your device.
