INTRODUCTION:
The treadmill has four buttons for direct access to preset speeds, as wells a six
types of programs in different speed ranges.
Except for the manual program, you can select 5 different levels of difficulty.

Quick Start:

1. Attach the safety key to your clothing. This is strongly recommended for your
safety. As soon as this key is removed, your treadmill stops instantly.
2. After inserting the safety key, the easiest way to start your workout is to push
the "START" button. The treadmill starts at a speed of _ mph (1 km/h).
3. Speed: To increase speed, press "+" (on the Speed menu). Every time you
press this button allows you to increase the speed by about .06 mph (0.1
km/h).

Direct access to pre-selected running speeds:

1. After inserting the safety key, push the "START" button. The treadmill starts
at a speed of .06 mph (1 km/h).
2. Speed : To choose the pre-selected speed, press the button that corresponds
to the desired speed (Sprint: 6 mph / 10km/h; Run: 5 mph / 8km/h; Jog:
6km/h / 3.6 miles/h); Walk 2.5 mph / 4km/h
3. You can then fine tune your speed by using the "+" and "-" buttons.
Manual Mode:
After inserting the safety key, you can select the manual program by pressing
the "START" button .Then, before starting your workout, you must enter the
time. This program offers you the greatest possible control, and it will remain
unchanged as long as you do not change the speed yourself. The manual pro-
gram is designed for a constant workout.

FUNCTIONING OF THE TREADMILL

The following information is general in nature and must be considered for reference only.
Thus, please adapt these recommendations to your personal needs for getting into shape and enjoyment.
Your treadmill has five preset training programs in its memory.
When you use a program the treadmill automatically varies the speed.

The manual program offers two training options.
Assorted manual program for time control
1. Assorted manual program for pre-setting time: first press the "MODE" but-
ton once and enter the duration of your workout by pressing the "+" or "-"
in minutes (on the Speed menu).
2. Confirm by pushing mode. The time countdown starts as soon as you begin
exercising.
3. Press "START" before beginning to exercise.
4. Vary your speed by pressing the + and - buttons
Training with the pre-adjusted programs P1, P2, P3, P4 et P5
The pre-adjusted program automatically modifies the speed. The range of
speeds for each workout level is presented in the chart below. With all the pre-
defined programs, you always have the option of adjusting the speed and the
incline in manual mode during your workout by pressing the + or – keys (speed
or incline menu).
Select one of the pre-defined programs P1, P2 or P3, P4 or P5
1. To start the desired program, insert the safety key, select program "P1",
"P2", "P3", "P4" or "P5" by pressing "+" or "-" and press the 'MODE" but-
ton (the exercise is pre-programmed for 30 minutes.).
2. Press "START" if you want to begin right away.
3. If you wish to adjust the workout time, press "MODE," adjust the duration
of the exercise with the "+" and "–" keys (on the Speed menu).
4. Press "START" to begin exercising.
NOTE:
1. The type of training is displayed on the counter.
2. When the time 99:99 or 00:00 is displayed, beeps sound for 5 seconds and
then the motor stops
The "pause" function
You can stop the treadmill at any time during the workout by pushing the
"STOP" button once.
To restart the treadmill, push the "START" button.
The "reset to zero" function
To reset the program and time to zero, press the "STOP" button for five seconds
until the time 00:00 is displayed in the program window. To set desired pro-
grams, level, and workout time to zero, repeat the above operation.
