Disassembly

Fig.1 Hold motor clamp nut in vise

snugly (do not over tighten, to avoid

crushing nut onto motor housing.)

Fig. 4 Remove motor from housing by

gently pulling straight out. (If it gets

stuck gently wiggle while pulling)

Fig. 7 Using a soft brass punch, hold

motor in your hand with the punch

lined up on the rear of the rotor and

gently tap off the rear end plate

bearing.

Use soft jaws for vise (Brass, Plastic,and Aluminum)

counter clockwise. (A band wrench

could also be used.)
