SAFETY MICRO-SWITCH (Fig. 1-A)
The control device is fitted with a normally closed contact on terminals 14 and 15 which activates when the
door is unblocked and moved manually. This input operates as a stop button, when the door is blocked
again, the first movement of the motor will always be opening and at slow speed until reaching the door
open stoppers.
If the door is unblocked LED 'D' remains unlit. If LED 'D' is lit, the door is blocked and ready to operate.
ACCESSORIES
Radio circuit board.
Permits the use of a radio circuit board to activate the control at a distance, an action equivalent to
pressing the alternative button. T.RADIO Connector
AUXILIARY CONNECTIONS
FLASHING LIGHT.
Between terminals 3 and 4 there is a socket for a 220 V flashing light.
GARAGE LIGHT
Between terminals 6 and 7 there is a contact for a voltage free garage light.
24 V OUTPUT
The 24V, 0.15A output is between terminals 16(+) and 17(-) to power auxiliary elements such as a
photocell.
SAFETY CONTACT 1
Terminals 19 and 20. Switch No. 4 selects the safety input as a photocell on opening or a resistive
strip.
PHOTOCELL
The photocell, with its normally closed contact, is connected to terminals 20 and 21. It only functions
when the door closes, preventing closure if it is fully open or reversing the direction if it is closing.
OUTSIDE MOVEMENT
It is possible to make the movement of closing a normally open contact between terminals 22 and
23 from the outside using a button. In this case the contact acts as an alternative button.
24 V BATTERY CONNECTION (Fig. 1 (E))(version dependent)
The panel is fitted with a control circuit (F) with a 24 V battery (E)(2 x 12 V batteries in series) in this case
the control panel operates even when the mains power supply (220 V) fails. The battery circuit charges the
battery during normal operation and connects it to the circuit in the event of a mains power failure. The
batteries should be disconnected during transport so that they do not run down and should only be
connected when the mains 220 V power supply is connected.

ADJUSTING THE FORCE (Depending on the model of the roller door, safety switch will not
operate correctly during closing)
Turning the force potentiometer clockwise, the door exerts more force
before stopping and retracting on detecting over exertion on the Hall sensor.
Turning it anticlockwise makes the sensor more sensitive to any obstacle.
The speed is proportional to the force, less force means slower speed.
VERIFICATION OF THE MOVEMENT DIRECTION (Make sure the motor is free, that is not
connected to the door)
When turning on the unit and activating the alternative button or the open button on the circuit board (A), the
first movement of the door is to open.
Place the door at half the travel distance, block the door, turn the unit on and press the alternative button. The
door should move in the open direction. If not, change the position of microswitch No. 3 and adjust the force to
the required level (this can be done with the door in motion).
