Instructions for fitting remaining thread monitor

for var. kits (see section 1.1)

Secure all cable to the bed plate of the thread monitor control
using the fastening clamps 1 and 2.
–
Screw the remaining thread monitor support plate with the
pre-assembled ciruit board on the bed plate (see picture).
Lay the cable in the machine:
–
Lead the cable 4 from thread monitor control to the valve
circuit board through the cable support 3 in the arm of the
machine.

Connect the cable 4 (connecting cable to the valve circuit
board) to the connector X24 of the valve circuit board 5.
–
Lead the cable of the light barrier through the holes in the
base plate and fix it to the strand (electric wires, pneumatic
and oil hoses).
–
Roll up the cable left over that is too long and fix it to the bed
plate of the thread monitor control using the cable ties.
