– Then place the cooker hood in posi-
tion. To do so lift the cooker hood
with flange plate to the ceiling. The
spring retainers must engage se-
curely in the slots.
Feed the mains connection cable
through the opening provided in the
flange plate.
– Using M6 nuts, star washers and
washers secure the flange plate to
the ceiling plate.
Important: the star washers must be
fitted in between the nuts and the
washers to ensure the electrical
safety of the earthing system.

Before connecting to the mains elec-
tricity supply read the "Warning and
Safety Instructions" as well as the
"Electrical connection" pages in this
booklet.
– Connect the mains connection cable
to the terminal strip in the cooker
hood chimney.
– Push the cover up to the ceiling mak-
ing sure that it engages securely in
the spring retainers.
