STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION
5.1
Structure
The piston-controlled diaphragm valve consists of a pneumatically
operated piston actuator and a 2/2-way valve body.
The actuator is manufactured from polyphenylene sulphide (PPS)
and stainless steel.
