Tolerance. This feature can be used to
apply
random
variations

passive sections with "ApplyToPassive"
(HiBoost, HiCut, LoBoost, LoCut) or to
the tube section ("ApplyToActive").
When checked, "AutoReset" always
resets

channel circuits to its default value
before applying the random variation.
