MAINTENANCE

CHANGING THE BLADES

• This Duo Saw uses specially designed blades available from your

Clarke dealer: no other types of blade should ever be used. Other

types of blades will not operate safely in this saw & could result in

serious personal injury.

• The side of the blades cannot be used for cutting. Therefore, in

horizontal cuts, make sure saw is not resting on lower blade and

wedge the workpiece to prevent unexpected trapping of the

blade.

WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT THE DUO SAW IS SWITCHED OFF AND

UNPLUGGED FROM THE MAINS SUPPLY BEFORE FITTING OR REMOVING

ANY BLADES.

REMOVING THE BLADES

1. Use the wrench supplied to line up the holes in the blade.

2. Insert the pin into the holes to lock

the blades in position.

3. Use the wrench to remove the

lock nut (turn anticlockwise to

release).

4. Slide the guard back and hold in

position.

5. Remove blade 'B'.

6. Remove blade 'A'.
