SITE INSTRUCTIONS

The Buddy smoker must be installed in a location that will permit the smoker to

function for its intended purpose and to allow adequate clearance for ventilation,

proper cleaning, and maintenance access.

1. Load the woodchips box with desired wood

2. Load the product into the smoker.

Turn on power switch

Set desired temperature with thermostat control knob.

Set timer for desired cook time by

Press plus and minus to get to your desired time. (repeat for hours and seconds)

Press start button to start cooking process

Once cook cycle is complete turn off the power switch

Remove the product from the smoker

Remove ashes from the wood chip box

1. Ensure the control is OFF before opening the product door.

2. Slide woodchip box off of the smoke element bracket.

3. Load woodchips into the woodchip box. THE WOODCHIPS ARE ONLY USED

TO FLAVOR THE PRODUCT, NOT TO HEAT THE SMOKER.

4. Close the woodchip box lid and slide the box onto the smoke element brackets.

WARNING

Wood chip box must be installed on the smoke element brackets at all times during

the operation of the smoker. Failure to do so can damage the smoke element and/or

result in terminal failure of the smoker

Wood chip box will be hot when the smoker has been in operation.

Do not overload the woodchip box.
