ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. (SEE FIGURE 1) Lay chair seat (A) face
down on a non-abrasive surface to
prevent scratching frame.
2. (SEE FIGURE 2) Lay chair frame (B)
on top of chair seat (A).
CAUTION: Do not over tighten fasteners
3. (SEE FIGURE 3) Attach front of
chair seat (A) to base (B) secure using
long bolts (D) and washers (H)
and tighten slightly.
4. Attach rear of chair seat (A) to base (B),
secure using long bolts (D) and washers (H)
and tighten slightly.
5. (SEE FIGURE 4) Attach back cross bar (C)
to chair base using short bolts (E)
and washers (H).
6. Tighten all bolts, alternate from one bolt
to the next turning each bolt approximately
five times before moving to the next bolt.
7. Lift assembled chair upright and ensure
all bolts are secure using hex wrench (F).
8. Install bolt cap (G) over short bolts (E).
