6. Screw the three downfeed handles
three holes located in the pinion shaft, as
shown in Fig.6.
7. From the loose parts locate the chuck guard
and depth setting rod
screw

8. Now slide the chuck guard onto the collar as
shown in Fig.8. Secure by tightening screw
9. Remove nut
