Troubleshooting
The following troubleshooting guide addresses the most
common problems. If problems persist, contact the Customer
Support at [email protected].

Protection (Ambient

122°F)
P4 - Tip-Over
Protection

Solution
Unplug it from the
power source and
contact Customer
Support.
Unplug it from the
power source and
contact Customer
Support.
Unplug it from the
power source and
power it on again
when the ambient
temperature drops
below 122°F.
Place the heater back
on a flat, level and
stable surface.
Connect the plug to
a powered elec-trical
outlet.
