What should I do if I can't conﬁgure the controller

• Please check whether device is powered on and is

placed very close to the WiFi router and mobile.

• Make sure your mobile and WiFi controller are

under the same 2.4 Ghz WIFI network.

• Make sure the WiFi router password entered in App

is correct, and internet is working.

• If it still doesn't work connect the controller in AP

mode. Please refer AP mode section. 

Led enters into

blinking mode suddenly, even

after conﬁguring?

Let the led strip blink for 20 seconds and then turn it

Off, now turn it On again & the blinking will stop.

Power adapter

heats

• Ideal usage of the power adapter is 4 hours after

which it should be turned off for 10 minutes, to cool

• Using white light or rainbow mode or fade effect

consumes 100% power since all 3 leds are turned

on at the same time. Hence the adapter should be

turned off after 4 hours for 10 minutes.

• Using single colour like blue or red will not heat the

power adapter and so it will have very long life.
