Troubleshooting

If you have trouble with your new RAM, check these things first.

1. Double check your power code.

2. Check the module. Did both side clips snap to hold the module

firmly in place?

3. Check the cables and wires inside your laptop. Make sure all

the cables are firmly in their sockets.

4. Remove and reinstall the modules into the memory slot again.

5. Consult your notebook specification & installation guide. Or go

to notebook product support homepage to check currently

installed memory specification (amount, DRAM type, maximum

supported)

6. Enter BIOS and press "F5" or "F9", to help you load the default

setting for BIOS.

7. Reset BIOS by removing and replacing the CMOS battery or

through CLR_Jumper (Please follow the instruction of your

motherboard).

8. Update your BIOS.
