Problem
Motor works but spraying is irregular or there is 1 Pick-up pipe in wrong position.
no spraying.
Poor atomization.
Over Painting.
Motor louder than normal.
No spray, no sound.
Sound not right.
"Orange Skin" excessive fogging.

4 Flow needs adjusting.

1 Spraygun not clean or not lubricated
resulting in piston getting stuck in cylinder.
2 Too much paint.
3 Viscosity too low.
Spraygun not clean or not lubricated

No electricity.

2 Not enough paint in cup.
3 Paint incorrect viscosity or not getting
through pick-up pipe properly.
1 Incorrect solvent used.
2 Spraygun too close to surface.

Solution(s)
1 Re-adjust pick-up pipe.
2 Clean pick-up pipe.
3 Clean nozzle.
4 Adjust flow with dial at the rear of spraygun.
1 Re-adjust pattern.
2 Thin paint in accordance with instructions on previous
page.
1 Lubricate and service gun, clean with thinner.
2 Adjust flow with dial at the rear of spraygun.
3 Add paint and check paint in accordance with instructions
on previous page.
Lubricate and service gun, clean with thinner.
Check power supply.
1 Re-adjust pattern.
2 Refill.
3 Check pick-up pipe and viscosity.
1 Use correct solvent. Thoroughly clean gun.
2 Hold gun in accordance with instructions.
3 Thin paint in accordance with instructions on previous
page.
