DW400 Pump Installation Guide
1 – Depending on the year of your vehicle there are two different wiring placements for the pump ground wire
and level sensor wire. The harness provided should have the brown and blue wire de-pinned. If your vehicle
is 2006-2016 the Red and Brown wires should be next to each other. If you have a 2017+ vehicle the blue wire
should be next to the Red wire. The black plastic connector has labels for each wire 1-4 use the chart below to
double check.
Note: if your pump does not prime and run when the key is turned, revisit this step and reverse the wires to the opposite
year range.

2 – Install the fuel level sensor into the bucket, install the wiring harness onto the DW400 fuel pump and the
module top hat, then install the top hat onto the bucket assembly.
