Known Issues
•
The Connect Adaptor generally takes about 6-15 seconds to connect and begin presenting, this will
vary based on environment. After unplugging the Connect Adaptor, it takes about 7 seconds for the
presentation to be removed from the Front of Room display.
•
When using a MacBook with an M2 chip, audio drops and popping sounds can be heard periodically.
•
When presenting from an iPad or MacBook, volume controls are not available on the user's device.
•
When running a long duration presentation from an AM-TX3-100(-I), the image may freeze on the
display or the session may drop. Reconnect the AM-TX3-100(-I) to recover and resume presenting.
•
If an AM-TX3-100(-I) is left presenting from a laptop for a long duration, stopping and restarting the
presentation may lead to the device disconnecting. Reboot the AirMedia receiver to recover.
•
In certain scenarios, after running several long duration AM-TX3-100(-I) presentations, subsequent
connection attempts will be unsuccessful. Reboot the AirMedia receiver to recover.
•
Occasionally the AM-TX3-100(-I) will not automatically come back online and resume presenting
after a firmware update. Reconnect the AM-TX3-100(-I) to recover and perform the update again if it
was not successful.
•
When connected to MacBooks, a static noise can be heard for 10-15 seconds at the start of a
presentation with audio. The device will automatically recover in about 15 seconds.
•
When connected to a MacBook and the audio output is switched between the built in speaker and
the AM-TX3-100(-I)
