Known Issues
The Connect Adaptor generally takes about 6-15 seconds to connect and begin presenting, this will
vary based on environment. After unplugging the Connect Adaptor, it takes about 7 seconds for the
presentation to be removed from the Front of Room display.
When using a MacBook with an M2 chip, audio drops and popping sounds can be heard periodically.
When presenting from an iPad or MacBook, volume controls are not available on the user's device.
When running a long duration presentation from an AM-TX3-100(-I), the image may freeze on the
display or the session may drop. Reconnect the AM-TX3-100(-I) to recover and resume presenting.
If an AM-TX3-100(-I) is left presenting from a laptop for a long duration, stopping and restarting the
presentation may lead to the device disconnecting. Reboot the AirMedia receiver to recover.
In certain scenarios, after running several long duration AM-TX3-100(-I) presentations, subsequent
connection attempts will be unsuccessful. Reboot the AirMedia receiver to recover.
Occasionally the AM-TX3-100(-I) will not automatically come back online and resume presenting
after a firmware update. Reconnect the AM-TX3-100(-I) to recover and perform the update again if it
was not successful.
When connected to MacBooks, a static noise can be heard for 10-15 seconds at the start of a
presentation with audio. The device will automatically recover in about 15 seconds.
When connected to a MacBook and the audio output is switched between the built in speaker and
the AM-TX3-100(-I)
