CommPortal

Matrix Service includes a powerful online tool call CommPortal. CommPortal can be accessed at:

https://commportal.wowway.biz. The login is your 10 digit Matrix phone number and password. NOTE –

Your initial password is provided in your Hosted Matrix Quick Reference Guide, or by asking your System

Administrator. CommPortal provides direct access to your voicemail messages.
