TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem

The appliance is not working

and is beeping.

The appliance has stopped

mid programme.

The soup is still too chunky

after the 'Smooth' setting has

been applied.

The ingredients are hard after

cooking.

The 'Blend' setting is not

working.

The soup maker is making a

loud sound.

I am unable to remove food

from the base of the jug.

The soup maker has cut out

and is flashing but the water

level is ok.

Solution

The liquid level is too high.

The Lid is loose.

The liquid level is too high or the appliance has been overfilled.

The pieces were too big prior to cooking. Use the 'Blend' or 'Pulse'

setting to make the soup smoother.

Cut the pieces into smaller pieces before adding to the soup maker.

The wrong program has been selected for the volume added.

The 'Blend' setting will automatically stop after roughly 150 seconds to

avoid over-heating. Allow the appliance to cool down before using

again.

Check and clean the overfill sensor.

Follow the 'Cleaning' section of the user manual.

The soup maker has shit off due to over-heating and has reset, allow

time for the appliance to cool down before use.
