Problem

Possible cause

Solution

Allow food to cool to room tempera-

ture before storing

Try to reduce the temperature in the

Set a warmer temperature

Position the water drainage plug in

the correct way

Eliminate excess frost

Clean the lid gaskets

Arrange the packages in the right

way, see the sticker in the appliance
