When should the trap be filled with brake fluid?
The HU 1104 will automatically switch off if the brake fluid level falls below 0.5 litres. This ensures that air will
not be injected into the brake system. During the shutdown, the low level warning lamp (11) lights up and
the bell sounds, to prevent the liquid level from being low. At this point, turn off the unit and fill it with new
brake fluid by observing the level indicator on the side of the unit. Fill up to the 10-litre mark.
Caution: Do not remove the filter screen from the inlet neck during filling.
