NOTE: Do not bake rising dough crust pizzas in your oven.
1. Plug pizza oven into suitable electric socket.
2. Use the rack tool to pull out the food rack and place food in the center of the rack.
3. Turn the oven on by setting the timer and heat level as desired. The power indicator light will
light up.
4. When the timer reaches the OFF position, a bell will signal when ready and the power light
indicator and pizza oven will turn off.
5. When fi nished use rack tool to remove the rack and unplug from socket.
NOTE: Allow cooling before cleaning. Please see cleaning instructions.
NOTE:This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider that the other). To reduce the risk
of electric shock, this plug is intended to fi t into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does
not fi t fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fi t, contact a qualifi ed electrician. Do
not attempt to modify the plug in any way.

NOTE: Placing a cold pizza stone inside hot oven may cause stone to crack.
1. Lightly sprinkle the stone with cornmeal (fl our can burn) prior to heating.
