6. Center middle aluminum tray with the top of the vertically

upright middle panel and attach with (5) #8 x 1/2" screws. Insert

screws through the tray into the groove of the frame (Figure 2a).

Note: The length of the middle tray is the same as the length of

the middle panel.

7. Align each side tray with the middle tray and attach to the top of

the vertically upright frame with (5) #8 x 1/2" screws per tray. Insert

screws through the tray into the groove of the frame. Screws

should only be inserted halfway at this time, keeping the tray

loose.

8. Join the tray sections by attaching a connecting plate between

the middle tray and each side tray. Align the tray sections

and secure with (2) 10–32 nuts. Tighten both

nuts into each plate (Figure 2b).

9. Tighten the screws for each tray into the bottom of the frame

10. Place screen assembly back down on the clean work area,
