STAGE 3 – Refresh the Fixed End
Assembly
Step 1-Disassembly of the Fixed End Assembly.
1.
To assist it is recommended that column feet are lowered to provide a stable base.
2.
Identify the components on the schematic shown in Figure 13.

Using the correct size allen key, remove and retain the pipespool clamp top.
4.
Remove the pipespool elbow from the flowcell assembly.
5.
Undo, remove and retain bottom flowcell bolts.
6.
Remove the bottom flowcell from the backing plate and discard.
