Gearbox setup

To adjust the wheel gap for different calibres, first loosen the two gearbox retaining wing bolts on the rear gearbox

housing. This will allow the housing, shafts and load wheels to move freely.

With a brass case in the top load wheel groove, move the top load wheel groove to the right loading slope. Adjust

the gap to allow the case to pass the slope and tighten the rear bolts. (Too much or little gap will cause snagging)

Case length

Extra case length support can be gained by loosening the load wheel grub screws and sliding the wheels along the

shaft. Retighten the grub screws to set. (Don't forget to check the 4 and 12 o clock position as in section wheel

alignment)

The lower wheel side case paddle is adjustable for case width and reversible to support longer cases.
