Set up the desired press time in seconds using the timer control panel

1. Press SET button on the timer control panel (Figure 5). SET TIME

indicator becomes lit.

2. Press UP and DOWN buttons until the desired time in seconds is shown

on the display (Figure 6).

3. Press SET button again to record the settings (Figure 7). SET TIME indi-

cator turns off. Tip: the countdown starts when the press handle is low-

ered and the press is locked in.

1. Wait until the platens heat up to the desired temperature. Tip: you should

see the set temperature on the display.

2. Place the material you wish to press in the center of the bottom platen

display on the timer control panel should also show "0", and ALARM indi-

cator should be lit as well (Figure 8).
