BEFORE USE

Switch the mains isolation switch on and fill the whirlpool.

AFTER USE

Cleaning and blowing-out
Empty the whirlpool. A blow-out program starts automatically about 15 min later to dry the pipes.
Switch off the mains cut-off switch once the automatic blow-out program has finished.
The tub should be cleaned every time it is used. We recommend our Duscholux tub cleaner, available
from plumbing supply dealers. The blow-out program can also be started manually if required:
switch on the all-phase mains cut-off switch,
press the air system button and let the air system run for approx. 2 min.
Disinfection
Duscholux whirlpool disinfectant is ideal for disinfection. For more information on
the disinfectant and how to handle it, see the bottle label / instruction leaflet,
or ask your plumber or service technician.
You can also use the following overview to determine the amount of disinfectant required for your
bath tub:
Disinfectant dose per 100 litres bath water
(Water volume in accordance with supplier specifications)per 100 litres of water (water volume)
for initial treatment approx. 375 ml
Legionella prevention approx.110-150 ml
Ongoing disinfection (about once per week) approx. 100 ml
Germ infestation and special disinfection* approx. 650 ml
*Special disinfection
Every 10th disinfection process should be carried out as a special disinfection.
This prevents resistance to the disinfectant developing.
