PROBLEM
The machine does not function.
Suction motor does not function.
The center brush does not turn.
Filter shaker not working.
Side brush does not turn.
The machine raises dust .
Dust comes out of the fan.
Drive motor does not work.
CAUSE
Battery disconnected.
The battery is flat.
The key switch is in the 0 position.
Emergency button pressed .
Main solenoid switch faulty.
Fuse blown.
No petrol.
Fuse blown.
Fan switch on OFF.
Suction relay faulty.
Motor malfunction.
Fuse blown.
Brush switch not pressed.
Suction relay faulty.
Led 6 (red) on heavy brush pressure.
Motor malfunction.
Fuse blown.
Filter shaker relay faulty.
Filter shaker switch not pressed.
Filter shaker motor faulty.
Damaged belt.
Side flaps damaged.
Bin full.
Filter incorrectly positioned.
Worn gaskets.
Fuse blown.
Microswitch under seat not pressed.
Drive motor overheated.
Heat sensor damaged.
Damaged drive board.
Motor malfunction.
Accelerator, potentiometer, malfunction.
SOLUTION
Connect the battery to the machine.
Recharge the battery.
Turn the key switch to the "1" position.
Release the emergency button.
Replace solenoid switch.
Replace fuse.
Fill the machine.
Replace fuse.
Press the fan switch.
Replace relay.
Replace the motor.
Replace fuse.
Press the brush switch.
Replace relay.
Reduce the pressure of the center brush
on the work surface.
Replace the motor.
Replace the belt.
Replace flaps.
Empty the bin.
Remove the filter and replace correctly.
Replace gaskets.
Replace fuse.
Sit correctly on the seat.
Turn off the machine and wait for a few
minutes.
Replace heat sensor.
Replace drive board.
Replace the motor.
Replace potentiometer.
