Problem

No water or low water pressure,

the blue light is not on

water flows normally, the blue light

is not on

Red light is on

Both red and blue lights is on

Cause

Insufficient water pressure

Faucet failure

Power supply failure

Water flow switch arrow

pointing in wrong direction

Water flow switch failure

Control panel failure

UVC module overheating

Water temperature too high

UVC module failure

Remedy

Check if the water source is completely

turned on

Check if the water purifier is working

properly

Contact the local dealer or official after-

sales service personnel

Check the power supply

ensure the arrow of the water flow switch

is pointing upward (the arrow should

point towards the faucet)

Re-install

Contact the local dealer or official after-

sales service personnel

Discontinue use for one minute before

re-use

Lower water temperature
