Converting the bunk bed to single beds

STEP 1:

Take bunk beds down and revert back into

their component parts. Both the hardware

and components will need to be put together

differently to become two single beds.

For 1 x lower bunk bed end (B) use 2 x hex bolts

(#12) to cap off the insert in the top of the post

and tighten with allen key.

Hardware for Step 1:

2x #12 Hex Bolts 15mm

STEP 2:

Assemble a single bed using 1 x lower bunk bed end

(A) and 1 x upper bunk bed end (B).

Install 2 x barrel nuts (#2) into 1 x side rail (C) and

then position the side rail onto 1 x upper bunk bed

end (B).

Note: Please use 1 x side rail with labels and 1 x side

rails without labels and ensure the inserts on the slat

support are facing up.

Install 2 x bolts (#1) through the bed end and secure

into the barrel nuts, tightening with the allen key.

Repeat for the other side rail.

Hardware for Step 2:

4x #2 Barrel Nut

4x #1 Hex Bolt 90mm
