Possible Cause
Nozzle clogged
Suction pipe clogged
Flow rate set too low
Suction pipe loosened
Paint container not
tightened
Paint is too thick
Nozzle loosened
Worn nozzle
Paint accumulated on air

Paint is too thick
Flow rate set too high
Low pressure in the paint

Not enough paint in the

Remedy
Clean the nozzle
Clean the suction pipe
Turn the adjusting knob clockwise (+)
to increase the flow rate
Tighten the suction pipe
Tighten the paint container
Check the viscosity of the paint and
dilute.
Tighten the nozzle
Replace the nozzle
Clean the air cap or nozzle with
solvents or water.
Check the viscosity of the paint and
dilute.
Turn the adjusting knob anti-clockwise
