TROUBLESHOOTING
Below is a list of possible problems & their solutions should the
adjustable base fail to operate properly
PROBLEM
The base does not respond when the
remote is used.
Remote LED illuminates and appears
to be normal.
The remote does not work
or does not light up.
Base stutters while in motion.
If you have followed the instructions outlined in this manual, and your problem
is persisting, please contact the retailer you originally purchased your bed from
Check that the power cord is plugged into a

working & grounded electrical outlet.
Check that the light on the transformer is on.

Check the home's circuit breaker & fuses.
•
Unplug the power cord from the outlet. After

one minute, plug it back in. Press any button
on the remote.
Check the remote LED light is lighting up
•
when pressed. If not, please check that the
power cord is plugged into a working &
grounded electrical outlet.
Clear any clutter or obstructions under &
•
around the adjustable base. Radio frequency
interference from other remotes or electronic
devises may affect normal operation.
Ensure the buttons on the remote are being
•
pressed firmly down when operating the Head
& Foot functions.
