Avaya E169 クイック・リファレンス
• Press the green Call button to call the displayed
number.
• Press the red End Call button to return to idle.
When you make or receive a call, the display shows:
• Whether the call is incoming or outgoing.
• The dialed or originating number of the call, if
available. If a name or number is unavailable, the
display shows Anonymous. If the dialed or
originating number is internal to the telephony
server, the display alternates between the person's
name and number. If the name is too long, the
display might truncate the name.
• A call timer.
When active on a call and you receive a second incoming
call, use the handset to perform the following operations:
• Press the left softkey to open the menu where you
can hold and accept the new call.
• Press the right softkey to open the menu where you
can decline the call.
• Press the green Call button to hold and accept the
new call.
• Press the red End Call button to end the current call.
The media station starts ringing and you can answer
the new call.
When active with two calls, use the handset to perform the
following operations:
• Press the left softkey to open the menu where you
can swap between the two calls.
• Press the right softkey to open the menu where you
can merge the two calls.
• Press the red End Call button to end the call.
After ending a call, the handset displays the media station
telephone number.

Caller ID support

The media station app supports Caller ID in the following
ways:
• Calls within the telephony server network display the
name and the telephone number if administered
within the server.
• Calls outside the telephony server network display
the telephone number unless the caller has a private
telephone number.
• Calls outside the telephony server network display
the name and the telephone number only if the
telephone number is a contact in the smart device.
