would have to press the Phone button to go to the main call screen. Follow the following
steps to make sure that you will see the main call screen when placing a call.
1. Press Avaya Menu.
2. Scroll and highlight Options & Settings, then press the OK button (within the navigation
keys)
3. Scroll and highlight Call Settings, then press the OK button (within the navigation keys)
4. Highlight the "Go to phone screen on calling" line then press the OK button to toggle, as
you want the line to read Yes.
5. Highlight the "Go to phone screen on ringing" line then press the OK button to toggle, as
you want the line to read Yes.
6. Press Save.
7. Press Phone Button to return to Main Screen
