Step 11: X carriage (2) to the main carriage (1).

II. Assembly

Step 1: Place the bottom structure panel with the front edge flat on a flat

surface.

Step 2: Connect the two side panels to the bottom panel and shelf.

Step 3: Remove the backlash nut (27) from the z rods and flip it 180 degrees

on the Z threaded rod (21).

- When removing the back lush nut from the Z threaded rod use

caution as to not lose the spring that is housed inside the backlash

nut.

- When inserting the backlash nut the spring and holder should fit

inside the backlash nut. Use pressure to twist the backlash nut onto

the spring and holder.

-Ensure that you do not cross thread the nut onto the rods.
