To switch the fan on
Press the On/Off control .
The fan runs at power level 2. The indic-
ator lamp will come on.
To select a power level
For light to heavy cooking vapours and
odours, select from power levels 1 to 3.
For short periods of cooking food with
intensive vapours and a strong aroma,
e.g. when searing meat, you may wish
to select 4 as a Booster setting.
For a lower power level, press the
"" control, or "" for a higher level.
Automatic switch-off of the Booster
setting
You can set the Booster setting so that
it only runs for 10 minutes before revert-
ing automatically to level 3.
Switch the fan and hob lighting off.
Press the run-on option control
for approx. 10 seconds.
The first fan power setting indicator will
light up.
Then press in turn,
– the hob lighting control ,
– the "" control and
– finally the hob lighting control
again.
The indicator lamps for settings 1 and 4
will flash if the automatic switch-off for
the Booster setting is not activated.
To activate it press the "" control.

To deactivate it press the "" control.
Use the Run-on option control to
confirm your choice of setting.
If you do not confirm within
4 minutes, the cooker hood will revert
to the old setting.
