It is also recommended to place the appliance so it can be used under NORMAL lighting conditions(defined as 200 LUX) E.D. 2006/42/EECE
Place the display on a even and flat surface, if needed regulate the four front and rear leveling feet to get a perfect level. Important for its correct
functioning and to allow the doors to close properly it is essential that it is perfectly level.
The installation and any maintenance operation on the equipment must be performed by a qualified technician or a service center.
Never connect the plug to an ungrounded socket and always check that its grounding is conform to the applicable local rules.
Do not install the appliance in a place subject to gas leaks.
When moving, in order to prevent damage to the floor, make sure the leveling feet are raised.
The display should not be placed outside or exposed to direct sunlight.
Once placed in the final position, leave the showcase turned off at least 4 hours, this reduces the possibility of malfunction of the refrigerating
system due to transport and handling.
• Insert the plug into the wall socket (see electrical system safety)
• To start operating the appliance act on the main switch located under the display on the right side (TECA) or on the front lower side (PARETE)
• Turn on the display by pressing the power button of the controller (
• Let the machine run empty for at least two hours before inserting bottles / food
• At the beginning the unit might be noisy; gradually, letting the machine run, the noise will decrease
• The compressor will start automatically after a few minutes, if the unit is turned off and immediately turned on again or when setting temper-
ature, the compressor stops and starts automatically after a few minutes
• To connect the lights of the top unit "B" of the Parete Vino, connect the cables and bring the excess of the cable into the technical tank of the
lower unit "A".
The central refrigeration system with which the unit is equipped (5.3) works with a ventilated condensation system. The ventilation - meaning
the hot air expulsion and the suck of the fresh ambient air - is carried out in the lower part of the display, exactly in the space where the 8 cm
feet are installed. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO CLOSE OR OBSTRUCT THIS SPACE.
Not following the above instruction, not only creates a significant increase of consumption but can lead to serious malfunction or accident and
is considered as improper use, faulty installation or tampering and therefore will INVALIDATE THE PRODUCT WARRANTY.
DO NOT CLOSE THE 8 CM ( 3,15 IN ) SPACE UNDERNEATH THE BASE. ALSO THE PARTIAL CLOSURE WITH INHIBIT THE VENTILATION.
The upper unit (P * -VBR10) needs a greater space to ensure sufficient air circulation.
Failure to comply with the above suggestion could affect the good operation of the unit and increase the electric consumption.
The showcase must be installed in order to allow easy movement for maintenance and cleaning operations.

4. USE AND MAINTENANCE

4.1 USER
Warning: unplug the appliance before performing any maintenance or cleaning.
Do not store in the refrigerated display any product that requires strict controls of temperature such as medicines, scientific material or in general
all those products sensitive to slightest temperature variations.
The units for gastronomy or delicatessen products are showcases designed for refrigerated display and are not suitable for food storage. The
food must be kept inside for the period needed for presentation and sale.
If there is excessive condensation inside the showcase, turn off the appliance, empty it and wait for an hour. Dry the inside excess moisture and
leave the doors open. Leaving to much humidity inside may cause unpleasant odors and mold can develop.
Do not use wet sponges or spray cleaning products directly on the display. To clean, use a slightly moistened soft cloth or paper.
Do not clean the unit spraying water above it. Do not use aggressive chemical products, benzene or solvents as they may damage the unit.

4.2 TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

WARNING : the maintenance operation must be performed exclusively by skilled technicians.
The refrigerating gas used are R134a - R404A - R600a.
To verify the type and quantity of gas used for each unit please check the label located underneath the internal aluminium lid (A4), the label on
the compressor or the lable on the conformity declaration shown at the bottom of this manual.
Regularly it may be necessary to clean the condenser with a brush, vacuum cleaner or blowing compressed air. It might be useful to remove the
fan that is placed above condenser. The cleaning frequency depends on the site conditions and in particular by the regular cleaning of the floor
and can vary from 6 months to 2 years.
The condenser is located in the bottom base on the right lateral side (A5). To access the technical compartment follow the instructions below:
