MEDICAL CLEARANCE

been exercising regularly in previous years and have symptoms and risks such as (heart
disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol values, are smoking, or are obese).

Immediately stop exercising if you feel any pain, nausea, dizziness, shortness of breath,
weakness or other symptoms and see a doctor in case of emergency.
