IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical equipment, basic safety precautions should always be followed including
the following:

This luminaire must be installed in accordance with the NEC or your local electrical code.
If you are not familiar with these codes and requirements, consult a qualified electrician.

DO NOT lift luminaire by the power leads.

DO NOT carry or lift luminaire by safety cable or wireform. Safety cable and wireform are
only for supporting luminaire while making wiring connections.

NOTE: Ensure to install mounting plate to
junction box using the two screws holes on the
mounting plate that are diagonal to the safety
cable. See Figure 1.

handle the luminaire only by the
housing NOT by the lens.

Mounting Plate
JUNCTION BOX MOUNTING
NOTE: "J" Input Power Designator comes with safety
cable only. "A" Input Power Designator comes with a
safety cable or wireform.
STEP 1:
WITH SAFETY CABLE ( A or J Input Power Designator)
Locate the safety cable on the luminaire and attach the
cable to the designated screw hole on the mounting
plate using the provided screws. See Figure 1.
WITH WIREFORM ( A Input Power Designator
For hands-free wiring locate the wireform on luminaire
and attach it to the clip on the Mounting Plate. See
Figure 2.
