Pull radio forward to reveal connectors (See Fig. 4)

Radio connectors

Disconnect 8-pin gray plug from radio (See Fig. 4) and connect to

installation harness 8-pin black connector (See Fig. 5).

Connect installation harness 8-pin black plug (See Fig. 6) to radio

chamber vacated in step 6

Warning: Bose system radios may not be able to provide enough

current to power amplifier and module and as a result module will

randomly connect/disconnect. For these instanced the red

accessory wire (See Fig. 6a) must be used to connect module to an

alternate location by following alternate instructions below

From Fig. 6: Disconnect terminal  from  (default wiring). Connect

terminal  to terminal  (Terminal  not used). Route and connect

other end of accessory wire (See Fig. 6a) to

steering column inside driver's lower-dash kick panel. Panel is supported by

three screws at the bottom and three metal/plastic clips at the top. Tap

accessory wire to ignition harness brown
