Hemisphere Heat Shield

Apply the (2) red adhesive foam pads as shown on the back side of the heat

shield.

Open up the stainless steel hose clamp all the way and then feed it through the

two slots of the heat shield with the natural bend of the clamp following that

of the heat shield. Keep in mind that when you tighten the hose clamp it will

naturally pull on the slotted end. If you have a very narrow diameter exhaust,

leave lots of room on the slotted side when feeding the hose clamp into the

heat shield.

Fit up to your bike and tighten the hose clamp with a 8mm socket. You will need

to test fit your luggage to make sure that the luggage is only touching the heat

shield and not some part of the hot exhaust pipe. Try to position the clamp so

that the fastener is hidden behind the exhaust when fully tightened. Adjust as

needed.
