Turn on the

Chromium Controller

Chromium Controller Readiness Test User Guide with Chromium Next GEM Test Chip • Rev F

a. Ensure the Chromium Controller

is positioned in accordance with

recommendations in the Chromium

Controller Specifications.

b. Turn on the Chromium Controller using the

power switch on the back of the unit.

c. The Chromium Controller touchscreen will

indicate initialization is in progress.

d. When initialization is complete, press

the button on the touchscreen of the

Chromium Controller to eject the tray

and remove the shipping block used for

protection during shipping.

e. Press the button again to retract the tray

(or the tray will automatically close after

60 sec).

Firmware Version 4.0 or higher is required in the

Chromium Controller used for the Chromium

Controller Readiness Test with Chromium Next

GEM Test Chip.

Remove Shipping Block

Turn on the Controller
