Oil injection, power connection, connect suction pipe

Maintenance guide

1. Oil injection

Remove the oil inlet's stopper and inject the product's particular oil in the extra container to "up to max line of

an oil gauge" and close the stopper.

Make sure to assemble when O-RING is in an oil inlet stopper.

2. Connect the power (three phase power)

1) Check the working place's

main power and the power

of the motor's nameplate.

5) Connect the power as

perforating the side of a

socket box

3. Connect suction pipe.

2) Remove a cover of

the motor's socket box

6) Make sure to check

the rotation direction and

power

Warning :

No match of voltage and frequency

will cause a severe damage to the

motor.

Warning :

A backlashing of the motor will

Cause a severe damage to vacuum

pump.

Warning :

In case of any foreign substances

coming into the pump, it will cause

severe damages to rotor and vane.

In this case, installation of an extra

filter on suction pipe is necessary.
