Assembly Steps

Step 3

①Take down the frame and upper shell.

Take down the rubber cover and screw

here and open the upper shell.

Step 4

①Take down the fixture of incline adjusting motor,and assemble the console

stand and console.

Fix the column use M12*20 hexagon bolt(4pcs)

and Φ12 spring washer(4pcs)

Fix the parts use Φ10x45-M8x13 shaft shoulder bolt(1pc), Φ10 flat washer(2pc)

Assembly Steps

Step 5

①Assemble U frame and foundation.

Fix U frame shaft with M10*40 hexagon bolt

and Φ10.5xΦ30x2.5 flat washer.

Step 6

①Push the machine to appointed place from the pallet.

Take down the bolt here and push the U frame

stand to connect with incline adjusting stand

Take down the connecting tube and fix the foundation.
