To assign the COM number withing the K-METRON software:

• Run K-METRON Software

• Go to options and assign the correct COM Port.

2.4 Recording the Thickness measurements.

Hit the start button to begin receiving and recording data transmitted from the handheld K-

METRON. Received data will be presented on a line per line basis and will record Date, Time,

Mould ID, Position number and Reading.
