Basic Troubleshooting

Symptoms
DASH is not
responding. No led
activity.
DASH can't configure a
valid IP.
DASH can´t connect
with server.
Micro SD failed.
Loss of Data.

Posible Reasons
The device is disconnected.
Power cable is damaged.
Wi-Fi signal quality is not strong
enough.
Bad setting of Wi-Fi configuration.
DASH in not connected to
internet.
Server has no access to the
DASH's network.
Micro SD card is damaged.
DASH is overloaded.
Solutions
Connect the DASH to a power supply (100-240
VAC).
Replace the interlock power cable.
Check that the antennas are well screwed. If
they are, try replacing them.
Check the Wi-Fi signal quality in the area.
Check saved configuration on internal Micro SD
card.
See "DASH can't configure a valid IP".
Check if the server is visible from the DASH's
network.
Replace the internal Micro SD card for a new
one.
Remove DOTs connected to the DASH, one by
one, until data is displayed in real time and no
data is missing.
